    Two staff members were found not conducive to the welfare of children. Child Care Staff Members 1 and 2 were not aware that Child A and Child B left the child care center until law enforcement brought the children back to the center. The children were found walking near 10 Mile Rd, which has a speed limit of 40 mph and is very heavily traveled, which threatened harm of Child A and Child B.
