On 5/2/2024, I observed a child sleeping in the swing for three minutes in the Infant classroom.

On 5/2/2024, I observed four bottles in the Infant refrigerator, and one had the required labeling with the child’s full name and date. Three bottles did not have the required labeling as follows: no first name, no date or the wrong bottle, and no last name, and wrong date
