  After interviewing Karen Phipps, it appeared that her interpretation of the definition of a household member did not include the reoccurrence of an individual. Once provided with full definition of an adult household member Karen immediately reconnected her son as an Adult Household Member and scheduled Wit 1 to be fingerprinted that day, in order to remain in full compliance with child care licensing rules.
