During my onsite inspection one child care staff member had been employed for more than 90 days and had not completed the required training health and safety training.

R 400.8112(2)(f) · R 400.8112(2)(f) Comprehensive background check; fingerprinting. Immediately disconnect each individual from the system once he or she is no longer a licensee, licensee designee, child care staff member, child care aide, or an unsupervised volunteer under the license.

When reviewing the child care background system for this site, there were individuals listed that are no longer employed by the child care and others that were not employed at this site.
