An on-site inspection was completed on 03/18/2025. The child care use space was observed. Child Care Staff Member (CCSM) 1, CCSM 2, and CCSM 3 was interviewed. The Program Director (PD) was interviewed. Witness 1 and Witness 2 were interviewed on-site. On 03/18/2025 Child A’s Mother was interviewed by phone. Information gathered in these interviews indicated the PD was providing appropriate care and supervision to Child A at all times.
