    The center is providing notification as required according to Child B and Child C's Mother, Child D's Mother, Child E's Father, Child F’s Mother, Child G’s Father, Child H’s Mother, and Child I’s Mother all stated that hey get notified when their child gets bitten.

    Jamie Brock, Licensee Designee/Program Administrator, Teacher 2, Teacher 3, Teacher 4, and Teacher 5 did not provide appropriate care and supervision on 1/06/26 when Child A was observed with six red marks/bruises on his right arm from being bit. There were two marks documented and no one knew how Child A received the other bite marks. There are 65 documented reports of biting in the toddler classroom from 1/05/26 through 1/23/2026.

    On 1/28/26, Teacher 2 was out of ratio in the toddler room with five toddlers while another teacher took three toddlers to the gym.

    The evidence does not support that the teachers were not providing quiet activities to the children if they did not rest. Jamie Brock, Lead Teacher 1, Teacher 1, Teacher 2, Teacher 3, Teacher 4, and four parents that have children in the preschool room stated that children were being provided activities during rest time if they did not fall asleep.
