The licensee did not provide appropriate care and supervision when she allowed children to play in the kitchen near the hot oven. A child opened the oven door and Child A fell into the oven, resulting in a serious burn to her face that required medical care.

The licensee did not maintain her first aid certification according to the expiration dates on the certification card. The licensee said she completed first aid training on 4/11/2024, but she did not receive a certification card or have any verification for the training.
