There were two child care staff members supervising Child A's class during lunch time. One child care staff member was assisting the children, while the other was setting up cots and preparing for nap time. The activities of the child care staff members in the room detracted from the direct care and supervision, which resulted in child with a dairy intolerance taking bites of Child A's pizza.
