  On 09/25/2024 Ms. Loeding maintained supervision and monitored Child A's breathing, sleep position, and bedding for signs of distress. Ms. Loeding checked on Child A on three different occasions during his nap and on the third time noticed he was in distress and took appropriate measure with CPR and contacting emergency services.
