    During outdoor play there have been two reported incidents of inappropriate contact between child care children, in a short amount of time. Child A was observed "rubbing" her groin on Child D, while Child B encouraged it. Child E pulled his pants down on the playground because Child H told him to do so. Child E's Aunt was informed Child E pulled his pants down, grabbed a little girl's head and pulled her toward his groin. On 07/28/2025, the PA indicated that teachers have been more diligent in supervising the children during outdoor play time and have implemented a notebook system for better communication.

    On 08/12/25, PA stated that teachers use positive discipline methods to prevent challenging behavior. Teachers and PA are trained in positive discipline and have worked with Social-Emotional Consultants in the past. These positive discipline methods were outlined in the center's discipline policy. PA described the restraint methods used with Child I and they align with child care licensing rules.

    On 07/31/25, Child D's Mother indicated that she was not aware that an incident happened between Child A and Child D. Therefore, even though Child A & Child B's Mother was informed of the incident, Child D's Mother was not informed. At the time of this report, the Child Care Licensing Bureau did not receive a verbal notice of the incident between Child A and Child D.
