Teacher 2 and Substitute Teacher provided appropriate care and supervision when Child A was pushed and hit his head on the climber outside. Child A was cared for immediately and his family was informed promptly of the incident. Teachers utilize many tools and outside agencies to support challenging behaviors in the classroom. A third teacher was added to the classroom to ensure children are supported and safe.
