CCSM1's temperament and actions are not conducive to the welfare of children. She forcefully grabbed Child A's wrist so hard that she left a mark, which are documented in pictures. CCSM1 then took Child A out in the hallway where she is observed on video in Child A's face, yelling, shaming, and threatening him. She called him a little wimp because his arm was hurting and a brat for not doing what he was told. During the investigation, the licensee designee described CCSM1 to be not as engaged, less patient, and more overwhelmed with the children this year in comparison to last year. CCSM1 was sending children down to the office more frequently with the expectation that they would be sent home. CCSM1 refused to participate in the investigation and declined interviews with MDHHS and child care licensing. Due to this refusal, the intent or her physical and verbal interactions could not be assessed.
