Based on the interviews that were conducted and the on-site inspection that I completed, there is sufficient evidence to support that the child care center’s premises are maintained so as to eliminate and prevent rodent and insect harborage. Program Staff denied that there is an ant infestation in the Fire Fly room and Glow Worm room. They have never observed ants or any other insects or bugs on the carpets, behind cribs, and under the diaper changing tables. During the on-site inspection, I did not observe an ant infestation in the Fire Fly room and Glow Worm room. I also did not observe ants or any other insects or bugs on the carpets, behind cribs, and under the diaper changing tables.
