R 400.1911 · ............................................................. R 400.1911 Care; supervision; children. (1) A licensee shall ensure appropriate care and supervision of children at all times.

Ms. Jenson has actively been working towards insuring all children in her care are always provided appropriate care. She implemented shadowing of the children that were having issues with biting, worked with parents on notification of the injuries and getting resources. All incidents happened within a time of transition that Ms. Jenson and child care staff members were providing appropriate supervision of children in care. Child A and Child B had a history of biting incidents between the two of them and a plan was being put in place to eliminate any stress during transition time when Child A was removed from Ms. Jenson's care.
