  Licensee, Jenna Runge denied the allegation that she restrained Child A by using a highchair for time out. Child A's and Child B's Mother stated that she was told about the complaint but did not see anything firsthand. All of the other parents interviewed did not have any concerns about the care they're children are recieving.
