At the time of the on-site inspection, the premises was not maintained in a clean and safe condition. The 3-year old classroom had a cupboard accessible to children that was not clean and appeared to contain mold. The 3-year old trash can was not clean and had a strong odor. The Toddler 1 classroom had plastic grocery bags on a cot accessible to children. The bathroom used by child care children had trash bags and diaper cream accessible to children.
