During an onsite inspection on 06/01/2026, I reviewed MiRegistry training transcripts and six child care staff members did not complete their 16 hours of training for the year 2025.

At the time of the on-site inspection, multi-use tableware and utensils were not cleaned and sanitized in an approved method. Multi-use tableware and utensils were being washed, rinsed and sanitized in three separate bins in a single compartment sink.
