Lead Teacher and Teacher 1 did not provide appropriate care and supervision when they did not ask Person 1 to leave the classroom after observing Person 1 lift Child A up by her coat from a sitting position and move her to a different spot on the carpet.

The CCSMs did not observed Child A to be consistently ill to the point she could not participate in activities. Child A did not exhibit any symptoms that would exclude her from attending the center. CCSM 1 did not tell Child A's Mother medication was not necessary. CCSM 1 informed Child A's Mother illness at the beginning of a school year is expected and normal and that children will eventually develop a natural immunity and become ill less often as a result.

Child A's pullup remained dry during the day as she learned to use the toilet. If her pullup was changed, Child A was changed into the same brand of pullup in which she arrived.
