AHM2, AHM3, AHM4, and Witness 1 have a recurrent presence in the home while children are in care. AHM2 referred to the house as his home while talking with the police after the incident and AHM1 stated that AMH2 went "up to his room" after punching Witness1 in the face three times. AHM2, AHM3, AHM4, and Witness 1 have not undergone a criminal background check to determine if they are eligible to be associated with a child care license and they have a recurrent presence in the home.

Child Care Staff Member 1 (CCSM1) were not truthful when asked about the number of children enrolled in the child care home during the onsite renewal inspection on 10/29/2024 or during the onsite investigation on 11/4/2024. Additionally, CCSM1 was not truthful when she reported the number of children in care during the incident at the child care home on 10/1/2024. Based on all the information gathered during this investigation, it is determined that Laetitia Nyirazibera was not truthful when she said her sons were fighting outside the home and when she said she did not physically touch the police during the altercation at the child care home on 10/1/2024.
