Ashlee Terry used approximately 6 hours prior to the first child been due to arrive at her home for child care. Ms. Terry was while five children were present in her child care home and was taken to the Ms. Terry's actions were not responsible or suitable to meet the needs of the children.

I spoke on the telephone with Licensing and Regulatory Affairs LARA on 3/26/2021. informed me that has an extensive violent criminal history and was found unsuitable to be around children by another government agency.. history warrants a lifetime exclusion from child care. Ashlee Terry stated that she met through a friend a few weeks ago. She is not in a relationship with was recently treated for a - and was being from the in the middle of the night and had nowhere else to go. Ms. Terry agreed to pc up from the _ and brought ■ back to her home. Although has visited her home on one occasion during child 0 care hours, this was the only time has ever stayed the night. Ms. Terry is not aware of criminal history nor does she know the circumstances leading to■ being . Ms. Terry stated that she never asked - those questions as is not the type o person to give a straight answer. Ms. Terry was informed that is not permitted to be in the child care home during child care hours. It shall be noted that was observed on the camera footage from 3/23/2021 at approximately 8:2 5 a.m. Victoria Gulley informed us that she is familiar with outside the child care home. She has never seen ■ in the child care home prior to 3/23/2021. Child B and Child Cs Mother stated that Ms. Terry resides by herself. She has never observed a in the child care home.
