I conducted an unannounced on-site inspection at the child care center on 03/0212023 at approximately 2:30 PM. I interviewed Licensee Designee, Jennifer Bonner. Ms. Banner explained that she reported the complaint after Child A's Mother talked to her about the allegation that Child B had put a in Child A's . Ms. Bonner stated that Child A and Child B never attended the center at the same time. Child A was enrolled a few weeks after Child B was disenrolled and there was never any interaction between the two children Ms. Banner explained the children in care are always supervised and there would be no opportunity for a child to put a in another child's=. Ms. Bonner also stated that the children in care do not On 04/13/2023 1 interviewed Child A's Mother. Child A's Mother stated that Child A came home and told her that Child B put a . Child A's Mother did not know which child in the center was Child B and hadnever met a child by that 3 name. She explained that she contacted the child care center and spoke with Licensee Designee, Jennifer Bonner. Ms. Bonner told Child A's Mother that there was no child at the center by that name. Child A's Mother stated that Ms. Bonner contacted law enforcement, children's protective services and licensing regarding the allegations. The center disenrolled Child A. Child A's Mother stated she took Child A to and there was no physical evidence that any kind of I interviewed Child B's Mother, Child C's Mother, Child D's Mother and Child E's Mother on 04/13/2023. All the parents were very happy with the care their children were receiving at the center and there were no concerns noted. None of the parents knew a child with the same name as Child B. I conducted an unannounced on-site inspection on 4/13/2023 at approximately 1:41 PM. I interviewed Licensee Designee, Jennifer Bonner and Child Care Staff Member 1 (CCSM1). Ms. Bonner stated no one from law enforcement had contacted her regarding the allegations. She again stated that no one by Child B's name attended the child care center. CCSM1 stated that there was no child at the center with Child B's name. She stated a child by that name did attend the center in the fall but was disenrolled before Child A was enrolled. She stated that none of the children are ever left unsupervised. I interviewed Child A's Mother over the telephone on 4/20/2023. I asked Child A's Mother if she had spoken to or any other law enforcement agent regarding an interview being set up for Child A. Child A's Mother stated she had not heard anything to date. I interviewed on 4/27/2023. She explained that her case was closed, as Child As Mother did not want Child A interviewed. also contacted Licensee Designee, Jennifer Bonner. stated she had no concerns about the child care center.
