The licensee designee, Ms. Momcilovich, acted in a manner that is conducive to the welfare of children. She denied being suicidal or having any plans to harm herself or others. Principal Aguinaga and Officer Epps both spoke with Ms. Momcilovich and did not feel she was suicidal or a threat to herself or others. On December 9, 2022, I spoke to eight child care staff members and none of them had concerns about her mental health. On December 13, 2022, I received a letter from her_, who stated that Ms. Momcilovich meets with her on a regular basis for and Ms. Momcilovich has told her she is not a threat to herself and others and can continue working at her normal capacity. On December 14, 2022, I received a letter from her primary care physician, who acknowledged Ms. Momcilovich was being treated for but did not see that impairing her ability to work with children.
