R 400.8545(3) · R 400.8545(3) Fire extinguishers. Fire extinguishers shall be properly mounted, inspected, and maintained in accordance with NFPA(10). The fire extinguisher shall bear a tag indicating the last date of inspection or service and the initials of the person who performed the inspection or service.

The fire extinguishers were not being checked monthly and a written log maintained.

Ms. Weier denied ever spanking Child A while in care. - I interviewed child care staff members, Sarah Mavis, aIR is Hoye. and Alece Brown-Perry who all deny ever seeing Ms. Weier spank Child A or any other child in care. We spoke to Child B & C's Mother, Child D's Mother, and Child E. F, & G's Mother who had no concerns about the center and have never witnessed or heard about Ms. Weier or any other child care staff members spanking any children in care.

Ms. Weier denied ever calling Child A the "N word," "evil;' or any other names. interviei~nfed child care staff members, SarRi anvisq, a!Foye, and Alece Brown-Perry who all deny ever hearing Ms. Weier use any racial slurs or inappropriately talking to a child in care. We spoke to Child B & C;s Mother, Child D's Mother, and Child E. E. & G's Mother who had no concerns about the center and have never heard Ms. Weier or any other child care staff members calling any children derogatory names.
