A furnace inspection report dated 9/12/2024 stated that the furnace was in good working condition. The furnace malfunctioned in the early morning hours of 2/10/2026 causing smoke. No children were in care at the time. There is no evidence of the equipment catching fire. Fire extinguishers were not used, and there was no loss of property as a result of the furnace issue.
