On 0313//2022 l contacted the to determine the On 03/31/2022, 1 emailed regarding this joint investigation. He would like to coordinate interviews. On 4/2022 a plan was made to make an unannounced visit to the center on 04/07/2022 at 9:OOAM. On 03131,2022, 1 spoke with the Complainant. The Complainant identified the two other child care children in the photos on Child A's phone, Child B and Child C. There were several photos and videos of the children's private body parts that ranged from three seconds to a minute; the children started taking these photos and videos at 12:55PM and stopped at 2:OOPM. On 03/3112022 1 spoke with Child A's Mother. She stated Child A has attended the center since she was= years old and currently participates in the before and after school program. She has observed the videos on Child A's phone and Child A is in the middle of the preschool room with Child B and Child C while taking the photos and videos of themselves. Child A's Mother is concerned and questions how the children were left unsupervised for an hour and able to engage in these inappropriate videos and photos. She stated the incident occurred on 03125/2022 and she is not sure which child care staff members were present at the center that day, but knows John Weaver Sr., John Weaver Jr. and Anita Bobbitt were present that day. She said the nude photo on Child A's phone is not a child care staff member, but a child that Child A went to school with. Child A sent the nude photo to her friend and this friend's mother contacted her to inform her of what was sent. On Sunday, 03/27/2022, Child A's Mother looked through Child A's phone and discovered additional photos and videos that were taken while Child A was at the center. Child A's Mother informed Ms. Bobbitt of this the same night. Ms. Bobbitt advised she would speak with John Weaver Sr. on Monday, 03/28/2022. On that Monday, John Weaver Sr. called Child A's Mother and said they need to have a meeting at 1:OOPM to discuss the incidents, "He starts yelling at me that 1:OOPM is the only time that will work, and this is my livelihood, it's been 25 years and I have never had this happen." Child A's Mother left work upset to attend the meeting. John Weaver Sr. asked her during the meeting "Have you ever thought about how this could shut me down?" Child A's Mother stated the center needs to take responsibility for the child care staff members not adequately supervising the children. The next day, Tuesday 03/28/2022 she spoke with John Weaver Sr., and he said Child A has had behavioral challenges and would be No paperwork was completed, and this was Child A's at the center. CI On 04/07/2022 I made an unannounced visit to the center. John Weaver Sr., licensee designee was interviewed. He said he was informed of inappropriate pictures that were taken at the center, as Ms. Bobbitt was contacted regarding these concerns on Sunday, 03/27/2022 and she contacted him the same night. He said Child A no longer attends the child care because there have been multiple incidents with her besides this one and felt it would be best for the center to dis-enroll her. There were two other children involved in the photos and videos, Child B and Child C. Child A's Mother reported the videos and photos were taken on Friday, 03/25/2022 and there were approximately five to six videos that ranged from five seconds to one minute.
