Staff did not ensure that children washed their hands prior to having breakfast. I observe this in both preschool aged classrooms.

Identified child care staff member, J.B., has been working at the child care facility since January 2025. At of the time of this onsite, the Licensee has not confirmed her eligibility through the required fingerprinting system prior to allowing her to work at the facility.

R 400.8152(4) · R 400.8152(4) Medication; administrative procedures. Prescription medication must have the pharmacy label indicating the physician's name, child's first and last name, instructions, name and strength of the medication, and must be given according to those instructions.

I observed an epi-pen for an enrolled child on site. The Epi-pen was not in it's original box with a pharmacy label.
