Crystal Elliott denied slapping Child A, but did admit to tapping him on top of the head, and Child C reported that Crystal Elliott smacks Child A upside the head, and Child D reported that Crystal Elliott has tapped Child A on the head. Appropriate discipline has not been provided to Child A.
