Program Administrator 1 and Program Administrator 2 were interviewed. Child A’s Mother, Child B’s Mother, and Child C’s Mother were interviewed. None of these interviews provided information to support the allegation that infants were not allowed to sleep on demand. There is no evidence to support infants are not allowed to sleep on demand.
