  Teacher 1 is providing appropriate care and supervision. Teacher 1 denied being rough with children, Teacher 2 said she finds Teacher 1 to be rough but said others could perceive differently, and Teacher 3 demonstrated for me how she saw Teacher 1 being rough with a child, but did not see it as rough or inappropriate. Licensee Designee advised that the facility did an internal investigation on the matter and they did not find that Teacher 1 was physically inappropriate in any way.

  Teacher 1 did not inflict corporal punishment. She denied being rough with children. Teacher 2 said she finds Teacher 1 to be rough but only said that Teacher 1 "kind of pulled" on a child while walking with the child. Teacher 3 said that Teacher 1 held a child still by holding her forehead while doing her hair, and she demonstrated how she saw Teacher 1 being rough with a child, but I did not see the demonstration as rough or inappropriate.
