On 8/24/2022, Ms. Rivera stated that she does not serve expired food. She purchases food once a week for the child care. On 8/24/2022, we observed the food in the child care home. There was no expired foods. On 9/20/2022, the witness stated that yogurt was served to the children that was expired. Witness did not want the children to have the expired yogurt, but Ms. Rivera said to serve it. On 9/20/2022, Child B and C's Father did not have any concerns regarding the food served to his children. On 9/27/2022, Child E, F, and G's Mother did not have any concerns regarding the food served. 5

On 8/24/2022, Ms. Rivera stated she did not make parents aware of _ that Child A's Mother informed her about because Child A's Mother did not provide her a copy Child A's Mother - Child A herself. She never made the comment to Child A's Mother "what do you want me to do about it". On 9/20/2022, the witness stated Child A's Mother came to the home and informed Ms. Rivera that Child A's - Ms. Rivera told Child A's Mother that it was her personal problem, as no one was sick at the child care home. She did not inform any of the parents after it was reported to her.
