  On 11/07/2021, Complainant alleged that Adult Household Member I was molesting the children in care. It was noted that Adult Household Member 1 is an employee of the child care home. The Complainant was made aware of the allegation from Adult Household Member 2, who knows Adult Household Member 1. On 11109/2021, 1 contacted Complainant. The Complainant learned about the allegation from a hospital report for Adult Household Member 2. On 1012612021, while in the hospital, Adult Household Member 2 accused Adult Household Member 1 of molesting the children in care at Ms. Greenshields' home. Ica the home and providing care to Adult Household Member 1. Ms. Greenshields reported that Adult Household Member 2 . Adult Household Member 2 was very agitated recently. She attempted to stab Ms. Greenshields with a pen and hit one of the minor household members with a cane. During the on-site inspection, I interviewed Ms. Greenshields Adult Household Member 3 was present to serve as a witness due to the ongoing court issues. Ms. Greenshields explained that she is currently seeking guardianship of Adult Household Member 2. One of Ms. Greenshields' family members had previously provided care to Adult Household Member 2 prior to May 2021. When Ms. Greenshields started the process to apply for guardianship, it caused serious conflict within her family. This has resulted in multiple police reports and allegations against her child care business. Adult Household Member 1 moved into the home around the same time that Adult Household Member 2 did. Adult Household Member 1 has been providing direct care to Adult Household Member 2 during the day while Ms. Greenshields operates her child care business. Ms. Greenshields stated that Adult Household Member 2's behavior has rapidly declined over the last several weeks. Adult Household Member 2 was previously diagnosed with Adult ouse o d Member 2 is also believed to either have or is a four month wait to be seen Greenshields stated that Adult Household Member 1 moved out of the home on 11/09/2021. Ms. Greenshields stated that Adult Household Member 1 had been living in the home for a while and it had become too much with Adult Household Member 2 living there as well. With Adult Household Member 2 making allegations regarding Adult Household Member 1, Ms. Greenshields stated that she felt it was best for Adult Household Member 1 to no longer live in the home. Ms. Greenshields stated that she is not aware of any incident regarding Adult Household Member 1 and the children in care. Ms. Greenshields added that Adult Household Member 1 nI did occasionally help out in the child care, but she was never unsupervised with the children. She is not a child care staff member. Ms. Greenshields also stated that Adult Household Member 2 does not interact with the children in care. Adult Household Member 2 resides in a separate area and level of the home from where the child care is located. The only time Adult Household Member 2 might see the children in care is while they are outside walking to the outdoor play area. Ms. Greenshields added that she is working with Adult Household Member 2's temporary guardian to obtain a new caregiver for Adult Household Member 2.
