On 06/03/2025, PA and Teacher 1 did not use positive methods of discipline when they pulled Child A by his arms, hands, and/or wrists in an effort to get him inside from the playground. Additionally, Child A inadvertently struck his head on the concrete wall in PA's office when PA put Child A in a chair using more force than normal.
