On 03/01/2023, I completed an on-site inspection. I interviewed licensee Frida Mutoni. She was alone with 2 unrelated children and one related child (3-year-old, female). She stated that she has never exceeded her licensed capacity 2

On 03/01/2023, I completed an on-site inspection. Frida Mutoni stated that her husband, Albert Minani, is a child care staff member. I reviewed records for Albert Minani. Based on a review of Frida Mutoni's records for Albert Minani, he meets all the qualifications of a child care staff member. On 07/03/2023, I interviewed Child B's Mother and Child C's Mother by telephone. Child B's Mother and Child C's Mother stated that they have no concerns with Albert Minani assisting with the care of the children. 07/03/2023, I reviewed the Child Care Background Check (CCBC) database for Frida Mutoni's child care home. Albert Minani is only listed as an adult household member in CCBC.

On 03/01/2023, I completed an on-site inspection. Frida Mutoni stated that she used to use the room off the living room for rest time, but she no longer uses it for rest time. She never intentionally separated children at rest time, but rather utilized the space her home provides in the best way possible. She noted that some children fuss a bit as they settle down for a nap, but she has never left a child to cry for an unreasonable length of time. On 07/03/2023, I interviewed Child B's Mother and Child C's Mother by telephone. Child B's Mother and Child C's Mother stated that they have no knowledge of Frida Mutoni allowing any child to cry for an unreasonable length of time. Child B's Mother stated that her children are happy to attend Frida Mutoni's child care home, and they often do not want to leave. Child C's Mother stated that she loves Frida Mutoni and believes that she gives the children good attention.
