She was providing care and had 5 children in care, 2 and 1 child care staff memb* resent, was also presen m e ome. Mrs. Grove ex lamed that no unsu ervised contact with children in care. . Following the on-site inspection Mrs. Grove provided verification, through a text message documenting she completed the form and sent it to her enrolled family. On 03116121 Child C. aadE. was On 03/18/21 1 spoke with Child D's Mother by telephone. She has not had any concerns about the care or supervision of Child D while in care. She was concerned about the allegations and the perception/fear it raises for her even though she has no evidence or concerns. On 03/19/21 1 spoke with the reporting person by telephone. They stated they were concerned about the statement their child made to them even though they did not make a disclosure when ~. They did not have any previous concerns about their child's Wcareor supervision. ey had ongoing reservations as 3 to the reason their child made a statement. Their child at the child care home. On 03/22/21 1 interviewed Vy Tulgetske, child care staff member, at the child care home, outsidothe presence of others. She said she has been employed by Mrs. Grove since . She has had no concerns with and stated . is not left with ildren in care and provides no care far them. I then met with Mrs. Grove for an exit conference. I discussed with her the importance of communicating with parent's contact with children in care, through having a written supervision an or , as is in the home during child care hours. On 03/23/21 1 spoke with Megan Sebastian, child care staff member, by telephone. She has been a staff member for, years.
