I checked MiRegistry on 6/25/2026 to verify completion of trainings; there was no verification that Melissa Benedict completed the required refresher activity released by the department for 2025. During the on-site inspection, Melissa Benedict stated she completed the Health and Safety Refresher 2025. She did not have and could not find a certificate of completion. I emailed MiRegistry staff on 6/26/2026 and they were not able to verify that the training had been completed. Melissa Benedict will need to complete the Licensing Citation 2025 training by 7/11/2026. On 6/30/2026 I sent the link to Melissa Benedict for the required training. New Rule Number: R 400.1924(11)
