  R 400.1911 · R 400.1911 Care; supervision; children. (1) A licensee shall ensure appropriate care and supervision of children at all times.

  On 06/22/21 and I conducted a face to face interview at the home of Child A. We met with Child A and B's mother and father. At this time we were informed that Child B, age., was also a household member and had attended child care at Linda Riemersma's home. 3 Child A and Child B's mother and father were interviewed regarding the reported allegations. They denied any knowledge or concerns with the care Child A and Child B received while in care at Linda Riemersma's home. The children attended R and Child A attended fro . of age, Child B attended as an= oage. They never had any marks, bruises, or unexplained injuries. On 07/06/21 l conducted an on-site inspection to Linda Riemersma's home. She was present in the home with 5 child care children. She was aware of the reported allegations and denied any abusive or neglectful behavior towards Child A or Child B. She no longer had any documentation for them as it was' years since they were last in care. I reviewed her discipline policy, her entire use space, and interactions with children in care. On 07/06121- and I made joint telephone contact with Child C's Mother. She has had no concerns with Linda Riemersma's care or supervision of Child C. We attempted to speak with Child D's Mother, she stated she did not wish to speak with us as we were representatives of the state and she was not comfortable with being contacted by us. On 07122121 l left a telephone message for Linda Riemersma informing her that there were no findings from this investigation. ..............................................................................
