74 On 03/25/2022, l spoke with licensee Dinah Mugisa regarding the complaint. She said a she provides care of Child A (Female, age 1) from Monday to Thursday from 4:30pm to 11:00pm. The last day Child A was in her care was on Wednesday and at that time she did not see anything on her back. She said she had about 5 children in care on Wednesday. She there has not been issues with children hitting, biting or hurting each other. She received a phone call and a text from Child A, B and C's Mother at 10:50am on 03/24/2022. In the text, Child A. B and C's Mother sent pictures of Child A's back, and asked her if something happened at child care. Ms. Mugisa denied hurting or seeing any of the children hurt Child A on any day that week that she was in care. She stated that she would have noticed if Child A was injured because in the pictures there appeared to be blood and she believes that would have been something that would have shown through her cloths. She also stated that Child A did not have any excessive crying or crying in a way that she was in pain. She does not believe the injury happened at her home. and I spoke to adult household member. He stated he does not help often with the child care children and does not have any information regarding how Child A was injured. He stated he is typically on the second level of the home, while child care children are present, except during dinner. He denied that he thinks Ms. Mugisa caused the injures to Child A and denied that he has seen his son with the child care children long enough to cause an injury. On 03/28/22 l spoke with Child D and E's Mother regarding the complaint. SheRsastated that e heard about what happened to Child A from Child A's Mother. She said that Child A's Mother doesn't know what happened to Child A because she doesn't check them every day. She stated that she hasn't had any issues or concerns with the care that her children are receiving. She stated that her children don't bite and have never come home with bit marks or bruises. On 03/28/22 l spoke with Child F's Mother regarding the complaint. She stated that she has been very happy with the care that her daughter has been receiving. She stated that she hasn't noticed any marks or bruises on her daughter. She also stated that her daughter hasn't had any bite marks on her, and she has not bitten anyone. On 4/19/2022, a case conference was held' Katrice Sweet. Manager and me.
