Appropriate care and supervision were provided to Child F on 9/24/2025. Child F was not injured during the interaction on 9/24/2025. Teacher 1 denies any ill intent on her behalf. She stated Child F slipped and she was trying to readjust her for the feeding. She did not realize Child F's arm was behind her 2 LANDMARK BUILDING • 105 W. ALLEGAN STREET • LANSING, MICHIGAN 48933 Michigan.gov/MiLEAP back. Teacher 2 stated Child F began to cry when she stopped the feeding to hand her to Teacher 2.
