Appropriate care and supervision of Child B was provided on 10/17/2024. There is not enough evidence to support that Child B was able to reach the road. Lead Caregiver 1 stated she never saw any child getting away from staff at drop off. Program Director stated FCCSM 3 ran after Child B and a parent was able to help. CCSM 1, CCSM 2, FCCSM 1, and FCCSM 2 all reported there are no concerns with children running toward the road at drop off. FCCSM 3 stated she did get Child B half way between the wall and the road and she returned her to the wall.
