    Ms. Molter was providing supervision of MHM1 and Child A when then incident occurred. She addressed the situation appropriately.

    On August 24 2020 the allegations received stated that Ms. Molter allows MHM2 to watch in the home. It was unknown if child care children are around when this is occurring. On August 26, 2020 and I spoke to Ms. Molter during an unannounced onsite inspection. She has identified MHM2 is not allowed to watch . She stated in the past she has caught MHM2 watching on phone. She stated she checks■ phone sporadically at least once a month to ensure is only viewing appropriate content. Ms. Molter stated that MHM2 is o 0 typically in room and has very little interaction with child care children. She denied the viewing of was ever done in front of child care children. We spoke to MHM2 in the front yard of the home. stated sometimes plays with the child care children but typically keeps to s ated■ watches YouTube on■ phone and denied ever watching anything inappropriate.
