Tammy Collins did not ensure that appropriate care and supervision was provided for the children that she took to visit her mother on numerous occasions. Witness 2 and Witness 3 routinely smoked in the presence of the children. The children had access to a filled hot tub, an above-ground pool accessible by ladder, various medications, cleaning products, and a manual razor when Tammy Collins took the children to visit her mother. Additionally, appropriate care and supervision was not provided to Child A when Witness 2 used profanity in front of her on 04/11/2025.
