Center administrators failed to implement the center's discipline policy in regard to Child A's behaviors between 09/03/2024 to 03/18/2025. The center's discipline policy cites unprovoked physical violence, persistent bullying, verbal harassment of peers and staff, and unauthorized departure from the grounds or building as reasons for disenrolling a child. Child A physically assaulted others on 47 documented occasions, with 27 occasions against other children. Child A yelled and/or screamed at others on 16 documented occasions, with seven occasions against other children. New rule R 400.8280(1)
