At the time of inspection Clorox and Lysol wipes were in an unlocked cupboard on a low shelf in the children’s restroom in reach of children.

At the time of inspection preschool children was served whole milk. Snacks and meals must meet the meal pattern guidelines of CACFP. Must serve unflavored milk to 2 LANDMARK BUILDING • 105 W.
