  Evidence supports a finding that on 4/13/2026, Sherry Davenport used a prohibited means of punishment by spanking Child A (23 months) on the bottom when he jumped in a puddle. Two witnesses observed Sherry Davenport spank Child A once on his bottom over the clothing because he did not stop jumping in a puddle. Sherry Davenport did not recall swatting Child A but thought it was possible that it happened.
