During a snow day the school age children asked for a bible study; she read from the book, Is GOD Real. She read to the children about the devil. She explained to the children that the devil puts thoughts in your brain, but that you can say no devil and do something different. She closed in prayer with the children and said Amen. Parents are aware that she does bible study and prays with the children

There was another occasion where Child A was having some sleep regression issues. Staff had tried to give Child A a bottle before nap and she didn’t drink it. She advised the staff to allow the infant to fuss for 15 minutes. Child A's Mother was consulted regarding this plan.

Farah Piehl’s group child care home has a licensed capacity of 14 children. I reviewed the children’s attendance dated 01/06/2025 through 03/12/2025. Farah Piehl ‘s child care was over capacity 37 of the 48 days reviewed: including snow day club children present. Nine days there were 15 children present, seven days there were 16 children present, five days there were 17 children present, three days there were 18 children present, two days there were 19 children present, two days there were 20 children present, two days there were 21 children present, one day there was 22 children present, one day there was 23 children present, three days there 24 children present and two days there were 25 children present. All Children cared for directly or indirectly by Farah Piehl count in her capacity and ratio; this includes but is not limited to child care children, snow day club and spring break club The forest school Club and nature haven hiking club were not investigated at this time as they were not operating during this investigation.
