  On 11/14/2022, I completed an unannounced on-site inspection and interviewed licensee designee/center director Corissa Vanderstelt. Ms. Vanderstelt is the lead caregiver in the preschool classroom, and she employs two other full time Child Care Staff Members (CCSMs) and several part time staff. I reviewed the allegations with Ms. Vanderstelt. She denied that any of her employees mistreats any of the children. I interviewed CCSM 1 who reported that she works in the preschool room. I reviewed the allegation and she responded, "no, not at all, I don't even know where that would come from." She has not seen any CCSMs do anything inappropriate with the children. I interviewed CCSM 2 who reported that she has never seen anyone man-handle the children like rag dolls. She explained that she has worked at a lot of other child cares and "this is the best one I've ever worked at, the rules are followed, and I love that about this place." 2 • .
