During the week of 1/20/2025 Child A was provided with appropriate care and supervision by CCSM1 while in care. Child B was present at the same time as Child A for around 12 minutes that week, and was supervised by CCSM1 during that time. CCSM1 reported that Child A and Child B do not interact, nor had she witnessed anything concerning between them. No children reported a report of inapropriate touch to her.

Child A's Mother said that PD told her their child information cards were lost. During my on-site on 2/19/2025 PD provided me with the child information cards for both children and said she didn't know why Child A's Mother would have said that, as they were on file.
