On 01/13/2023, an unannounced onsite inspection was completed at the center. is not employed as a child care staff member at the center. has been at the center in the past during non-business hours doing work for another company he is employed for. This work included installing new wood floors that Shannon Supply Company was hired 3, I spoke with alona with and confirmed that was employed at Shannon Supply and assisted in installing new wood floors at the cent r fh Christmas 2022 holiday while the center was_closed, confirmed that he and his staff; including were not present at the center during business hours and that no children were present when was at the center. The licensee/program director Jolena Medina also confirmed that is not employed at the center and has only been at the center after hours to install new wood floors and that no children were present at the center when he was there. I was able to review the employee files payroll files and the Child Care Background Check portal and is not employed at the center. was issued a check dated 01/01/2023 for contract work while installing the new hard wood floors. The center was closed from 12//2022 through 01/02/2023 while the work was performed at the center.
