The CCBC has thirty-seven individuals, however, only eight staff members and unsupervised volunteers are working at the center.

R 400.8330(10) · R 400.8330(10) Food services and nutrition generally. Menus must be planned in advance, dated, and posted in a place visible to parents. Food substitutions must be noted on the menus the day the substitution occurs.

The menu posted did not reflect the food the children were being served at the time of the onsite inspection. Staff reported the children have not been receiving hot food since January 2025 due to the number of children attending. The menu is not being updated to reflect this.
