The verbal report must be followed by submission of a written report within 72 hours of the v erbal report.

On 11/18/2025, Teacher 1 and UV 2 became aware of suspected child abuse and did not make an immediate report to children's protective services.

On 11/18/2025, UV 1 admitted to grabbing Child A off of a toilet. Child A disclosed to staff member that he was choked. UV 2 witnessed UV 1 put Child B in 3 LANDMARK BUILDING • 105 W. ALLEGAN STREET • LANSING, MICHIGAN 48933 Michigan.gov/MiLEAP a headlock. Child B disclosed this to a staff member and his parents.
